What is Vitamin C used for
May reduce the severity and duration of colds, may assist in maintaining a healthy immune system, and assisting wound healing via its role in collagen production.
How it works
Vitamin C plays an important role in the manufacture of collagen, the major protein in the body. Collagen is a structural protein found in tissue, cartilage and tendons, and it helps to support blood vessels. Due to its structural role in collagen synthesis Vitamin C is necessary for wound repair, healthy gums, minimising of bruising and helping to reduce the risk of infection.
They do not contain
Added yeast, starch, gluten, or artificial preservatives.
Dosage

1 tablet 2 times daily with food or as professionally prescribed. |
| Children (age 4 to 12) |
½ tablet 2 times daily with food or as professionally prescribed. |
| Children (under 4) |
Not recommended for children under 4. |
