What is fish oil used for

How it works
Omega 3 found in fish oil acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. Medical research shows that consumption of Omega 3 essential fatty acids, comprising of DHA and EPA, can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels in healthy individuals. Fish Oil helps to lower total serum triglycerides in healthy people. Omega 3 also helps to increase joint mobility as well as reduce inflammation and joint swelling associated with arthritis.
They do not contain
Added yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, artificial preservatives or dairy products.
Fish oil during pregnancy
Fish liver oil should be avoided during pregnancy due to the high levels of retinol-type Vitamin A present. Vitamax fish oil is derived from the entire body, and not specifically the liver of the fish. The Vitamin A in Fish Oil 1000mg is equivalent to less than 7.5mg per capsule. Calorie and saturated fat content
The finished product label and raw material supplier’s certificate of analysis contain information about unsaturated Marine Triglyceride EPA and DHA content only. These are reported to be 300mg for a 1000mg capsule based on input.
